Comprehensive, useful information on virtually every aspect of the later models of the super successful (over 4,500 built of all variants) F-16. This fighter used by 25 air forces, is one of the mainstays for the the U. S. Air force and so many others. The photographs are a fine selection, with many I've never seen before. The artwork is quite good, but not quite excellent.The main shortcoming is the editing. There are so many mislabeled profiles with errors not only on the proper production blocks (like confusing Block 40 (GE engine) with Block 42 (with P & W engine) but even the wrong model -- mixing up F-16E and-F and F-16Ds and -Is. The drawings of the E and F models, used exclusively by the United Arab Emirates, are flawed, too. The infra-red seekers that are part of what distinguishes them are missing, as are other sensors. Overall the book is a worthwhile work, but a little care would have made it much better. Looks a bit like a rush job.
