This little short book has a lot to say, but, he talks around the subject rather than tackle it. It dithers on for almost all of the pages, then in last few pages he starts to say how to work on mindfulness, Then he chops it short and tells the reader to buy the next book in which he says he will tell you how to accomplish said state. This book is a waste of money, read Ram Dass's Be Here Now instead.

This book was so helpful and really opened my mind to new thoughts. I'm having anxiety issues and this has really helped me aside from exercising and relaxation breathing exercises. Thank you so much. I will buy the other book today, "Mindfulness" and 8 step guide.

Excellent tips for becoming mindful. Good examples and practical applications. I highly recommend this book for those new to the concepts.
