I work as a Registered Nurse in the mental health field which is largely controlled by western medicine/big pharma. There is some solid advice in the book, however the author makes frequent reference to SSRI’s and serotonin in general that reveal how outdated some of his research is. However, the bulk of the info it contains is valid, but also nothing new. Just a new way of organizing it for the reader.
