Got this for my son because he likes experimenting with Ramen dishes. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was kind of disappointed that there weren't any pictures. What good is a cookbook without pictures? The recipes are worth trying if you're a big Ramen fan, but the book itself has very little visual appeal.
we figure this a great book for college students and for we older folk who are now living the other end of life in an otherwise empty nest.
What a fun and clever use of an inexpensive and commonly available food. The recipes are simple but current. I bought this mainly out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised.
Some quick and easy recipes, some a little more complex. Wish I had this book in college. But still good now and then.
